Advanced Program 1 
Eligibility - Can basically swim 1/2 way across the pool demonstrating basic swim technique doing frontcrawl/freestyle (showing breathing with face in) and backstroke. Focus - Introduce and advance skill and technique within the 4 competitive strokes. We will introduce turns and starts.

Advanced Program 2
Participants in this Group can demonstrate more advanced technique swimming freestyle and backstroke.  Can basically do a full-legnth of the pool.  Focus - Introduce more skills advance and techniques to further improvements within the 4 competitive strokes. We will continue to advance turns and starts.

Feeder/Development Program
Eligibility - Show more skill and endurance above the Advanced Program 2 Group. For anyone wanting to improve upon the 4 Competitive strokes, Turns, and Starts.  Participants might be competitive level swimmers who want to be trained by Coach Jack Muchnick or perhaps who's schedule and interests work better with this program.  *For those wanting more swimming, we support and encourage you to consider swimming with Coach John Mclhargy and the North Rockland Aquatic Club (formerly Team Rockland)

Possible options
Monday through Friday
Somewhere between 4:45-6:25pm
Saturday - Somewhere between 9:30-11:55am

Fee - $15 per meeting
Paid each time attending
(Place payment in an envelope, folded piece of paper, or plastic bag and include: Name, Date, and Amount)

Flexibility in attendance - Attend whenever you want

I may as weekly to get an idea of numbers and perhaps adjust the availability based upon the requests.

- To learn new skills that might lead to further swim participation and increase safety
- Those wanting to enhance current training as to get more focuses work
- Those who need the extra training/work in order to try-out for the age-group team
- Those not yet able to commit to age-group program, but want to swim
- Those wanting to get added activity for health and fitness benefits

- To provide an affordable program with flexibility of attendance
